Africa's wonders have been beckoning for a while, and I am finally responding. Malawi is the country, Ntcheu (and Blantyre) the hospital(s) and surgery the department. I embark upon this adventure as a budding orthopod and I'll be spending 2 years to work on a legacy that I want to be sustainable. Both ways.
